Eleftherios Adamides

 

Managing Director – Board Member

Eleftherios has more than twenty years of international and local professional experience in the areas of real estate, finance and entrepreneurship. He commenced his professional career with the Bank of Cyprus (London head office) where he was actively involved in setting up a new Treasury and Private Banking Unit in line with UK regulatory requirements. Subsequently he worked in the Pan-European Real Estate division of Deutsche Bank (London).  During his time at Deutsche Bank, Eleftherios was part of a team of four Analysts that were assigned to set up the new Pan-European Real Estate division. He applied investment methodologies and utilised financial modelling skills to construct company specific valuation models. Furthermore, he provided investment recommendations on major European blue-chip real estate companies. He also put together a detailed valuation model that captured the overall state of the UK real estate market.
 

Upon the completion of his MBA, Eleftherios worked in London in the Debt financed Acquisitions / Securitisation division of a niche real estate fund owned by Goldman Sachs and K.K.R.  During his time there he gained hands-on experience in the deal cycle of structuring, underwriting and closing complex Pan-European real estate acquisitions.  He was responsible for putting together the financial models and preparing in depth credit papers of  potential debt-financed acquisitions worth in excess of €600 million.

Eleftherios is a holder of a B.Sc. (First-Class Honours) in Business Finance and Economics from the University of East Anglia, an M.Phil. in finance from the University of Cambridge and an M.B.A from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. During his time at Cambridge he was granted a Cambridge Commonwealth Trust Scholarship, a Queens’ College bursary and was awarded distinction for his M.B.A dissertation.

Charis Charalambous
 

Director – Board member

Charis has extensive project management and valuation experience that was acquired in London as a Vice President at Citigroup’s proprietary Mergers & Acquisitions team for the EMEA region. During his time with Citigroup Charis worked closely with country business teams, the corporate M&A team in New York headquarters and EMEA functional teams on M&A deal structuring and execution.

Charis worked on multiple acquisition and divestiture transactions that entail either stand- alone business operations or targeted pool of assets. In the acquisition process Charis was actively involved in screening and profiling potential targets, conducted rigorous financial models and provided recommendations to senior management. In the divestiture process he was involved in the planning, co-ordination and execution of the bidding process. The combined value of these transactions exceeded EUR1bn.  

Upon his return to Cyprus Charis was assigned to conduct a detailed feasibility study for potentially one of the biggest real estate development projects to be undertaken on the island. Furthermore he drafted all the relevant documents that are required by potential private and institutional investors. Charis currently works as a fund manager and actively invests in international blue-chip companies.

Charis has a B.A. in Economics from Cambridge University, an M.Phil. (2-year Masters degree) in Economics from Oxford University and an MBA (with distinction) from London Business School.

 

Michalis Psilogenis
 

Director  – Board Member  

Michalis has extensive market experience in a multitude of segments within the Cypriot real estate sector. As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and founder of Psilogenis Property Consultants he conducted a sizeable volume of valuations across all asset classes for major financial institutions, private high-net worth individuals and institutional investors. Furthermore, he prepared and presented detailed feasibility studies and investment appraisals to local and foreign investors. As a real estate broker he was the first in Cyprus to fully endorse RICS’ Real Estate Agency & Brokerage Standards (REABS).
 
Michalis is a holder of a B.Sc. (First Class Honours) in Estate Management, the College of Estate management, University of Reading and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a registered valuer. Michalis is also a holder of a B.Sc. in Business Management from St. Francis College, New York and a holder of a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
